The Laboratory

Research and development within the Performing Arts

The Laboratory is based at Entré Scenen in Aarhus, Denmark, and conducts experiments within the performing arts, giving artists from different disciplines the change to meet, discuss and develop new methods and ideas.

The Laboratory’s new series of experiments is called REHEARSAL¤REVERSAL and started in February 2008. Visit our "Activities page" to find more information.

In 2005, The Laboratory commenced its first series of experiments entitled: Script Development Methods. This series of experiments was concluded with the conference MEETING # 1, Methods of Developing Text in the Performing Arts (May 25-26, 2007) with both national and international participants and partners.
