Colina

The Laboratory and Entré Scenen take part in the European Laboratory Network COLINA – Collaboration in Arts. With a.o. Tanzhaus NRW in Düsseldorf, Dance City in Newcastle and Espaco do Tempo in Portugal. New international artistic laboratories are in the process of being created.

In May 2009 the Laboratory initiated a pre-project "Colina". This was an experiment involving 4 Nordic artists with one main characteristic in common: Their work reflects, presents or partly includes aspects of both traditional (ethnic) and contemporary (globalised) art forms. For 10 days the artists collaborated, experimented, discussed and investigated the incentive that motivates their artistic work.

The results of the Colina experiment were presented at Entré Scenen on friday, 15th of May 2009.
